Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items such as used pet products, opened food items, or hygiene-related items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
